What is a .SS file?
The most common data format on the web.
A .ss file is a Scheme source code file, part of the Lisp family of programming languages. Open it with Racket (free, all platforms) by running racket file.ss or through the DrRacket IDE. The extension is a legacy convention from the 1990s; modern Racket code uses .rkt, but both extensions work.
