What is a .SNG file?

An SNG file is a song or music project file, but at least five unrelated programs use this extension. The most common sources are an old Midisoft Studio MIDI project from the 1990s, a GoatTracker C64 chiptune, or a Korg keyboard arrangement. Open a GoatTracker SNG in GoatTracker 2 (free), try a Midisoft SNG in Cakewalk, and return a Korg SNG to the keyboard. All variants contain only audio data, no executable code.

The MKV (no re-encode) option copies every track as-is. MP4 and WEBM keep the first video and audio track, which is what most players use.
Why can't some files be converted?
Files protected with DRM (for example purchased iTunes .m4p songs or some .wmv rentals) are encrypted. We can show what's inside, but nobody can convert them without the key.
