What is a .MOF file?
The most common data format on the web.
A MOF (Managed Object Format) file is a plain-text source file that defines WMI/CIM classes and instances on Windows. Read or edit it in any text editor. To apply it to Windows, compile it with the built-in mofcomp.exe at an elevated command prompt.
