What is a .EPF file?
The most common data format on the web.
An EPF file is most often an Eclipse Preferences File, a plain-text export of your Eclipse IDE settings. To use it, go to File > Import > General > Preferences in Eclipse and select the file. Any text editor (Notepad++, VS Code) opens it for inspection. Note: the .epf extension is sometimes mislabeled as Encapsulated PostScript, but that format uses .eps, not .epf.
