What is a .CXF file?
The most common data format on the web.
A CXF file is a Google Picasa photo collage descriptor, an XML file that records the layout, style, and image paths of a collage built in Picasa. Picasa was discontinued by Google in March 2016, so the only full viewer is Picasa 3.9 (still available unofficially and still runs on Windows 10/11). The file contains no pixel data; opened in any text editor it shows which image files the collage references.
