What is a .ATC file?
The most common data format on the web.
An ATC file is an Autodesk Tool Catalog - an XML file AutoCAD's Content Browser uses to define and share Tool Palettes (collections of reusable blocks, hatches, and commands). It is not a drawing. You load it through the Content Browser inside AutoCAD, not by double-clicking it. To inspect it, open it in any text or XML editor. Note that .atc is also used by ArchiCAD and a few other programs, so check the file content if you are unsure which program owns it.

Can I see my data as a table?
Yes. Any array of objects can be shown in the Table view and downloaded as CSV.
